First ever digital bank to appear in Uzbekistan

AKIPRESS.COM - The Banking Oversight Committee of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan on March 9 made the decision to issue a preliminary permit for establishment of a digital bank Anor Bank in Tashkent. The preliminary permission for starting a digital bank is given for a period of 6 months.
Founders should form the charter capital to obtain a license for banking activities, adopt organizational and technical measures.
Digital banking supposes bank services will be delivered with use of innovative banking technologies.
A digital bank is a bank without branches replaced by outsource call center workers, courier service or partner offline network.
