No mass gatherings recommended in Kyrgyzstan — Health Minister about election campaigns

AKIPRESS.COM - All mass gatherings in Kyrgyzstan are banned in Kyrgyzstan earlier, Minister of Health Kosmosbek Cholponbayev told journalists speaking about election campaigns.
"Each organization and a society should do it themselves. In addition, they should follow sanitary and epidemiological aituation in Kyrgyzstan," he noted.
"There is a law on elections and they are carrying out work in line with this law," the Minister said.
Kyrgyz government officially introduced a temporary ban on holding mass cultural, sports and other events until coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the world improves.
This is for prevention of coronavirus outbreak in Kyrgyzstan and protection of epidemiological well-being of the population.
