Police of Kazakhstan switch to special security regime

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Interior of Kazakhstan Yerlan Turgumbayev held a video conference with heads of police and its services and departments of police on emergency situations, criminal systems and educational institutions of the Ministry, Polisia.kz reports. The Minister at the meeting announced that the staff of the Interior Ministry transfers into special security regime over coronavirus cases in the country.
Public order measures have been reinforced, a number of foot police increased in the country.
Meetings and events with participation of a large number of people are canceled; travels and business trips of employees abroad are restricted.
