Kyrgyzstan has 1,300 observation wards in reserve - Health Ministry

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan has 1,300 observation wards in reserve, said the Deputy Health Ministry Tolo Isakov at the briefing on March 18. According to him, Kyrgyzstan has 1,600 wards in total. "To date, 312 people are under observation. We have some 1,300 wards in reserve," he said.
The number of persons who contacted coronavirus-positive persons has reached 2000.
Kyrgyzstan confirmed the first three cases of coronavirus on March 18, Health Minister said. Three Kyrgyz citizens who arrived in the country after performing a minor hajj in Saudi Arabia on March 12 tested positive for coronavirus.
