Traffic jams caused by checks at sanitary and quarantine points across Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Traffic jams on the highways across Kyrgyzstan are explained with installed sanitary and quarantine checkpoints after the country declared the nation-wide emergency.
The checkpoints were set up at the entry points to the regions, Bishkek, on certain points of the Bishkek-Naryn-Torugart road (Red Bridge, Boom gorge), Bishkek-Kant-Tokmok road (Kirgsholk village), Bishkek-Kara-Balta road (Sosnovka and Malovodnoye villages).
Drivers and passengers are checked at the points leading to traffic jams.
The Traffic Police asked drivers to treat the restrictions with understanding and to follow the traffic rules.
