Kazakh businessmen donate over $40 million for Covid-19 fight

AKIPRESS.COM - The public foundation Birgemiz has been set up in Kazakhstan to provide support to vulnerable groups of population amid declared the state of emergency, informburo.kz reported.
More than $40 million were donated already by businessmen of the country. This money will be spent for targeted support of needy citizens.
Social support was provided to 7,000 families for 130 million tenge for 4 days already.
The fund is led by Nur Otan party deputy chairman Bauyrzhan Baibek.
