Strolling and outdoor sport exercises prohibited in Bishkek during state of emergency

AKIPRESS.COM - Any outdoor sport exercises and strolling are prohibited in Bishkek in the period of the state of emergency, the mayor's press office said.
Citizens may leave their homes to buy products or medicines, to visit a medical facility.
Hospitals, outpatient departments, pharmacies, banks, food stores, supermarkets will stay open.
When going outside, citizens should complete a self-declaration form indicating their personal details and place they are going and take an ID document may be asked to present by patrol police officers.
Any movement across the city is prohibited during the curfew from 8.00 pm until 7.00 am.
Cafes and restaurants will work to deliver food from 7.00 am until 8.00 pm. Workers of cafe and restaurants should finish their work and get home before start of the curfew.
