Mongolia imports 6.2 million face masks

AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia imported a total of 6.2 million face masks as of March 16, according to the customs authorities of Mongolia.
In addition, 322 coronavirus testing kits, 8,695 protective gears and 3,600 medical equipment have been imported.
Imports decreased by 13% compared with the same period the previous year.
Imports of dried milk (757 tons), chicken and pork (305 tons), rice (725 tons) and fruits (1.7 tons) fell significantly.
Car sales also slowed down significantly: if last year Mongolia imported 12,000 cars, then in the first three months of this year Mongolia imported 5,000 cars from other countries.
