Kyrgyzstan expects arrival of kits for PCR tests from China, Russia, Turkey

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan has 71,000 COVID-19 test systems, Health Minister Sabirzhan Abdikarimov told a briefing today.
16,396 tests were used. 31 had positive results. Only 5 cases were confirmed with PCR test, the Minister said.
"5 kits for PCR tests arrived earlier. All kits were delivered to the laboratories. Each kit will allow to test 220 samples, that is up to 1,100 tests can be made. We will receive the cargo from China. We will obtain 80 kits for PCR tests. We plan to buy 90 tests kits from Russia next week. We also expect arrival of 350 kits for PCR tests from Turkey," the Minister said.
"This way we hope the problem with PCR testing has been solved," Minister Abdikarimov said.
