MP: 70-80% of crops destroyed by recent frosts in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - According to farmers, 70-80% of crops were destroyed by recent frosts in Kyrgyzstan, said MP Kenjebek Bokoyev at the parliament session.
First Deputy Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov replied that there are no problems with spring sowing campaign today.
"The main works are carried out in full. The equipment is 95% ready, fertilizers and seeds are available. The Agriculture Ministry is working on these issues, and we will help them," he said.
The MP also suggested opening shops for household goods.
Boronov said that they would consider this proposal.
