Wheat will be sown on additional 5000 hectares in Kyrgyzstan this year

AKIPRESS.COM - Before joining the Eurasian Economic Union, Kyrgyzstan boosted wheat sowing activities, said Minister of Agriculture, Food Industry and Reclamation Erkinbek Chouyev. "As of today, we have undertaken to increase wheat sowing area. This year's spring and autumn sowing area will be 240,000 hectares. Farmers correctly understood our proposal to sow additional 5,000 hectares of wheat," the minister said.
MP Talant Mamytov asked farmers to be provided with the necessary medicines and mineral fertilizers.
