AKIPRESS.COM - The home quarantine is not working, said MP Marlen Mamataliyev at the parliament meeting on April 15 and proposed to isolate people placed under observation.
The First Deputy PM Kubatbek Boronov noted that some issues arose concerning the citizens who stay under home quarantine.
"People don't understand that they can't go out during home quarantine. About 8,000 people are quarantined, we monitor their location. We work with people who violate the quarantine, but the situation is still difficult," said Boronov.
MP Mamataliyev added that some people under observation leave phones at home and it is impossible to monitor them.
