AKIPRESS.COM - Forty new COVID-19 cases were confirmed by 11.40 p.m. of April 16 in Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Health reported.
The new cases included 19 in Almaty, 10 in Nur-Sultan, 4 in Turkestan region, 2 in Shymkent, 3 in Kyzylorda region, 1 in Atyrau region, 1 in West Kazakhstan region.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reached 1,402 by April 16.
