National Olympic Committee presents Uzbek national team outfit for 2020 Olympics

AKIPRESS.COM - The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan held a press conference on February 26 where the outfit of the national team at the Olympics was presented.
The Olympic Committee together with the Ministry of Physical Education and Sport set a group comprised of fashion designers and textile company managers. The international competition was announced for design of the outfit for the Tokyo Olympics. More than 100 fashion designers submitted their works.
The design of the outfit contains the colors of the state flag, the white color is used by many countries. The combination of white and green colors was used. The national features were included to symbolize a rich cultural heritage of the country.
