Kyrgyz government allocates 15 million soms to diplomatic missions in Russia, UAE for support of expats

AKIPRESS.COM - The Kyrgyz government allocated 5 million soms to the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in the UAE, 10 million soms to the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia, First Deputy Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov said at the meeting of the nation-wide operative team for coronavirus fight today.
The funding was allocated for support of Kyrgyzstanis staying abroad, who can't get back, in order to support their accommodation and to provide food assistance.
"These funds will be used to provide support to citizens of Kyrgyzstan having difficulties with accommodation, food. Our diplomatic missions are addressing other problems encountered by our citizens," Boronov said.
