President Mirziyoyev awards World Bank Vice President with Dustlik Order

AKIPRESS.COM - World Bank Vice President for Europe and Central Asia Cyril Muller has been awarded with the Dustlik (Friendship) Order. The respective order was signed by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on April 20.
The order notes a big contribution of Cyril Muller into development and strengthening of multifaceted and productive cooperation between Uzbekistan and the World Bank Group, as a strategic partner of the country in implementation of large-scale economic reforms and modernization of the priority economic sectors of the country.
Mr Muller's personal contribution into banking, financial, taxation, budget, agrarian reforms was highlighted and practical assistance underlined in implementation of major investment and infrastructure projects, as well as support of the initiatives aimed to strengthen friendly and good neighborly ties, cooperation in Central Asia.
