1556 citizens of Kyrgyzstan airlifted from Apr 16, mainly from Turkey and Russia

AKIPRESS.COM - Citizens stranded in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Istanbul and Dubai were in a difficult situation, First Deputy Prime Minister Nuran Niyazaliev told a briefing today.
These citizens bought tickets, but could not fly as the flights were cancelled.
They were airlifted by the chartered flights:
- 211 citizens were airlifted from Istanbul on April 17;
- 176 citizens arrived from Novosibirsk on April 22;
- 349 citizens were airlifted from Istanbul on April 24;
- 181 citizens were airlifted from Dubai on April 26;
- 157 citizens were airlifted from Yekaterinburg on April 28.
Since April 16 and up to date, 1556 citizens returned to Kyrgyzstan, the First Deputy Foreign Minister said.
