800 tons of flour dispatched by Kazakhstan as humanitarian aid arrives in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - The first consignment of the humanitarian aid from Kazakhstan in form of 800 tons of flour arrived in Kyrgyzstan.
The flour was shipped by railway in 12 wagons.
"In a move to provide support to the neighbors during the pandemic, President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev made the decision to provide humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in form of 5,000 tons of flour to each country for over $3 million," the Embassy of Kazakhstan said.
Kyrgystan highly values the provided aid and expresses a deep gratitude to people of Kazakhstan for support, Agriculture Minister Erkinbek Choduev said.
