Kyrgyz parliament passes bill on healthcare worker’s status in 3 readings

AKIPRESS.COM - The parliament considered and passed in three readings the draft amendments into the law on status of the medical worker on May 1. The draftlaw initiators are lawmakers Natalia Nikitenko, Gulshat Asylbayeva, Alfiya Samigullina.
The draft amendments were developed in order to improve the legislation and are aimed at ensuring and protecting the rights of workers of state and municipal health organizations, including in case of emergency or the state of emergency.
The draft law envisages statutory regulation of the rights of medical workers of state and municipal health organizations during the introduction of an emergency or state of emergency. The bill also establishes guarantees for state life and health insurance of a medical worker of state and municipal health organizations, the statement says.
