Dozens reportedly missing after windstorm in Turkmenistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Dozens are missing and many are injured after the windstorm in Lebap province of Turkmenistan. They included shephers, drivers and workers of the Turkmengas concern. More than 100 sheep are missing, Chronicles of Turkmenistan reports.
Around 20 were killed, according to unconfirmed reports.
Wheat fields were destroyed.
The windstorm struck on Turkmenistan on April 27. Lebap province was affected most of all. People remain in the region cut off water supply, in some districts electricity supply was interruped.
The situation is not covered by state news agencies.
