49,000 couples get married in Kyrgyzstan in 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - 49,000 couples got married in Kyrgyzstan in 2019, according to the State Registration Service.
The number of marriages in Osh region was 11.5 thousand; in Jalal-Abad region - 9 thousand; in Bishkek - 7 thousand, in Chui region - 6.5 thousand, Batken region - more than 4 thousand, Issyk-Kul region - 3 thousand, Naryn region - 1.7 thousand, Talas region - 1.6 thousand, in the city of Osh - about 2 thousand.
10,000 married couples divorced in 2019. The biggest number of divorces - over 2,000 - was in Bishkek city followed by Chuy region - nearly 2,000.
