President Jeenbekov offers condolences to family of doctor who died from COVID-19

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov offered condolences to the family members of Juzum Kokumbaeva, head of the family group practitioners of the Family Medicine Center No. 3 in Bishkek, the president's press service reported.
"I was deeply saddened to learn about the death of the leader of the family group practitioners of the Family Medicine Center. No. 3 of Bishkek Juzum Kokumbaeva from coronavirus infection. Our doctors are on the frontline in fight against this disease. Despite risks of infection and harm to their health, they protect our citizens from deaths and diseases with high heroism and courage. Unfortunately, we have lost our medic in this struggle," the President said.
Juzum Kokumbaeva fulfilled her medical duty in full, with many years of service, safegurading health of citizens, she has become a mentor for many young specialists, the President said.
"With penetration of the pandemic in our country, she was in the first rows in fight against its spread. Juzum Kokumbaeva will always remain in our memory, that of her patients, colleagues and close ones. I offer deep condolences to children and family members of the self-sacrficing doctor, grieve with family over this tragic loss," the President said.
