Kazakhstan loosening quarantine restrictions

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan is easing quarantine restrictions gradually, Tengrinews.kz reported. People are allowed to have sports exercises outdoors since today.

The following entities reopen since May 4:
- non-food stores up to 500 sq m in size with working hours until 5.00 p.m.;
- hair salons, shoe repair, dress making studios (with prior appointments, no more than 3 clients in the room at one time, daily indoor disinfection);
- attorneys;
- medical centers;
- dental clinics;
- advertising agencies (prior appointment);
- IT companies and payment terminal service companies;
- photo salons and florists;
- cleaning services;
- repair of mobile phones, sale of accessories, repair and making of keys, watches, locks, etc.
All these entities are required to arrange transportation of their workers and to comply with sanitary requirements.
Work of public service centers has restarted since May 4.
Almaty
Hair salons, photo salons and florist shops, real estate companies, exchange offices reopened since May 4.
Shoe repair, laundries and dry cleaners, publishing companies are allowed to reopen.
Reopening of non-food stores outside shopping centers, malls with working hours until 5.00 pm is allowed.
Dry cleaners, carpet cleaners, car service centers, hair salons, IT companies, all stores no more than 500 sq m in size, photo salons, medical centers, dental clinics, advertising agencies, sport grounds, bath houses with separate rooms, pet stores, florists, real estate agencies reopened in Shymkent.
IT companies, hair salons, medical centers, dental clinics, real estate companies, attorneys, advertising agencies, non-food stores up to 500 sq m restarted their work since 10.00 a.n. of May 4 in Aktobe region.
Car service centers, dry cleaners, laundries, attorneys and notaries, car spare parts and construction materials stores reopened in Almaty region.
Banks and exchange offices, micro-finance organizations, road and bridge maintenance companies, security companies resumed their normal work.
Atyrau region permitted reopening of industrial enterprises, construction sotres, car dealers, car maintenance centers, car wash stations, dry cleaners, car spare parts stores, banks with half of staff members, seeds and fertilizers stores, public catering establishments (delivery only).
East Kazakhstan region allowed reopening of spa centers, massage centers, public bath houses and saunas, florists, stores no more than 500 sq m in size.
Jambyl region will not ease quarantine restrictions since May 4 due to the epidemiological situation.
The stores up to 100 sq m, construction materials stores, car service centers, notaries, show repair, dry cleaners, laundries operate since 10.00 until 18.00.
Public transport works in West Kazakhstan region, industrial enterprises, big construction stores, car service centers, computer service stations, dry cleaners returned to work.
Except for Temirtau, the rest parts of Karaganda region may visit exchange offices, non-food stores, newspapers kiosks, photo salons, florists, dental clinics, insurance companies, notaries, micro-finance organizations.
Kostanai region allowed reopening of hair salons, baths, saunas without swimming pools, florists, photo salons, real estate agencies, big home appliances stores. Use of personal cars is allowed.
Kyzylorda region allowed reopening of construction materials, car spare parts, car dealers, printing houses, dressmakers studios. Car service centers and car wash stations, private medical centers, hair salons and foot repair opened earlier in the reigon.
Hair salons, dry cleaners, laundries, exchange offices, advertising agencies, printing houses, shoe repair, key repair, construction materials stores (delivery service only), florists (delivery only), car service centers (with no more than 3 cars at the same time) reopened in Mangistau region.
Banks and other financial institutions, notaries, car service centers, big construction markets reopened in Pavlodar region. Public transport starts working for citizens to visit their dachas.
Construction companies, road construction companies, hospitals, medical centers, car service centers, dry cleaners, computer service companies reopened in North Kazakhstan region.
Dry cleaners, car cleaners, beauty salons, car service centers, furniture shops, dressmakers, shoe repair, construction markets and stores reopened in Turkestan region. Banks, post offices, micro-finance organizations, exchange offices, pawn shops, notaries restarted their work.
The state of emergency in Kazakhstan has been extended until May 11.
