Agriculture Minister says no worries about rise of prices for fuel and mineral fertilizers in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan Erkinbek Choduyev paid a working visit to Naryn region, Turmush reported. At the meeting with a number of specialists, farmers and employees of the regional agricultural structures, the Minister said there are no worries about rising of prices for fuel and mineral fertilizers due to the coronavirus situation.
Choduyev said availability of farmers in the country is 84%, and technology - 80%.
To support domestic production as part of the financing of agriculture project, the government envisages 1.25 billion som for providing soft loans this year.
Governor of the region Emilbek Alymkulov stressed the need to reconsider the confirmed structure of the spring planting and anti-crisis program over coronavirus situation.
