Presidents of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan hold phone talks

AKIPRESS.COM - The Presidents of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan held a phone conversation on May 6, the Uzbek president's press service reported. The Presidents discussed current bilateral cooperation and its prospects built upon principles of friendship, good neighborhood and strategic partnership.
The leaders reached agreement to further advance cooperation, including in the framework of the intergovernmental commission.
The situation around the Sardoba dam burst and relief operation were discussed during the conversation.
The Presidents also exchanged views on coronavirus infection situation.
