Kyrgyz citizens arriving from Sol-Iletsk quarantined at former U.S. air base

AKIPRESS.COM - 541 citizens of Kyrgyzstan today arrived in Bishkek from Sol-Iletsk on the Russian-Kazakh border.
All of them were taken to the observation point at the former U.S. Transit Center. They all will be tested for coronavirus, Deputy Health Nurbolot Usenbayev said.
Transportation of the citizens of Kyrgyzstan stranded on the Russian-Kazakh border was arranged following the talks with the Kazakh authorities on humanitarian evacuation of citizens stuck there after Kazakhstan declared the state of emergency and closed its borders.
