AKIPRESS.COM - The State Registration Service launched a pilot project to modernize the concept of work of public service centers.
Monitoring of work of public service centers found that problems arouse due to a limited number of workers of civil status registration offices and impossibility to hire more workers. In the result, people have to stand in long lines to get services they need.
Creation of front and back offices is aimed to resolve this problem. Operators of the public service centers will be involved into the process.
Front offices will accept documents from applicants and complete required forms. The documents will be then handled by back offices.
In case the government endorses the pilot, it will be carried out from May 15 until December 31.
