Jailed ex-PM Isakov returns to detention center from prison

AKIPRESS.COM - Former Prime Minister Sapar Isakov has been returned from prison to the detention center SIZO-1. This was decided by Pervomaiski district court in Bishkek.
Isakov has been previously kept in penal colony #8, the State Penitentiary Service said.
Isakov was jailed for 15 years for corruption in modernization of the Bishkek CHPP under the Chinese grant.
