Wearing no masks outdoors not to be fined in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - Fines are not foreseen for wearing no masks outdoors, Bishkek vice mayor Tatiana Kuznetsova said at the meeting of the commission for social issues of the Bishkek local council today.
"It was announced there is the order of the mayor concerning fines for violation of quarantine rules. Are masks included into those rules?" local councilors asked the vice mayor.
"Masks are included, but indoors. Heads of companies and organizations are responsible for their workers. But there are no fines for wearing no masks outdoors," the vice mayor explained.
Bishkek mayor Aziz Surakmatov said earlier wearing no masks may lead to fines from 1,000 ($13) for individuals to 5,000 soms ($63) for legal entities.
