Kazakh government approves plan for economic growth recovery until year-end

AKIPRESS.COM - The Government of Kazakhstan has approved the comprehensive plan for recovery of economic growth until the end of 2020.
The plan includes strong systemic and sector-based measures aimed at stimulation of business activities, support of employment and increase of incomes of population, Prime Minister Askar Mamin said. Implementation of the plan is aimed to minimize adverse effects of exogenous shocks and stimulate local business.
"The plan foresees reduction of burden and simplification of tax administration. Preferences and tax deferrals will be used. New apporaches to stimulation of the demand for housing, support of domestic production and services sector will be used," the Prime Minister said.
These measures allows restoration of economic sectors where more than 6 million people are employed.
The Ministry of National Economy will formulate a revised strategic development plan until 2025 before July 1.
