AKIPRESS.COM - MP Janarbek Akayev asked the Ministry of Transport on May 20 during the parliament session about the status of the Dushanbe - Bishkek - Seoul / Seoul - Bishkek - Dushanbe flight after negotiations with Tajik flag carrier Somon Air.
Minister of Transport and Roads Janat Beishenov replied that the Ministry of Transport gave all the permits to the Somon Air and the Korean Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic did a lot for this flight to open.
"Unfortunately, the Korean aviation authorities did not give a green light for this flight," said the Minister.
The minister added that there were negotiations with the Korean company Tway Airlines and it agreed to open the Seoul-Bishkek flight from 2021.
