Collective prayers on occasion of Eid al-Fitr cancelled in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - The Central Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan has made the decision to cancel collective prayers on occasion of the Eid al-Fitr on May 24 at squares and mosques.
Such decision is explained with the risk of spread of COVID-19.
Muslims should celebrate Eid al-Fitr at home with family, the Central Administration said.
Mufti of Kyrgyzstan Maksatbek Toktomushev will make televised address on May 24.
