Lawmaker confirms that his brother contracted Covid-19

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Nurbek Totonov confirmed that his younger brother tested positive for Covid-19.
"He along with his colleague arrived in Kyrgyzstan from Ufa on May 16 through ‘Chon-Kapka' checkpoint in Talas and took rapid tests. After 12 hours, the test results came out negative and they headed to Toktogul district," he said.
According to lawmaker, his brother was hospitalized suspected of having Covid-19. "His test for coronavirus came out positive and results of his collegue were negative. Currently, he is in hospital," he added.
Totonov was dissatisfied that information about his brother appeared in the media. "He did not run away from the doctors, did not violate the rules and recommendations of the doctors," he said.
Lawmaker noted that he didn't contact with his brother.
