Tajikistan to evacuate its citizens from temporary shelters for foreigners in Russia

AKIPRESS.COM - Tajikistan will evacuate its citizens stranded abroad due to Covid-19 pandemic as ordered by President Emomali Rahmon, the Embassy of Tajikistan in Russia said.
A particular attention will be paid to the citizens, who stay at the temporary accommodation facilities for foreign nationals in Russia during the last 3 months, Khovar news agency reported.
All Tajik citizens staying in such centers upon approval of the Russian authorities will be evacuated to Tajikistan this week.
Arrangement of transportation of other Tajik citizens from Russia is considered by the nation-wide team for Covid-19 fight and will depend upon availability of places for quarantine or medical observation in the country.
