About 50 Kyrgyzstanis wait for their evacuation from Belarus

AKIPRESS.COM - As of May 22, about 50 Kyrgyz citizens registered with the Kyrgyz consular services in Belarus are ready to return to Kyrgyzstan, the Foreign Ministry said.
The majority of them are citizens of Kyrgyzstan, who came to Belarus from other countries like Cuba, Thailand, France, Germany, UK, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
Since March, over 40 citizens of Kyrgyzstan were assisted by the Kyrgyz Embassy in Belarus and other persons while waiting for their evacuation to Kyrgyzstan.
30% of the total cases of coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan as of May 28 morning are imported, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev said.
Kyrgyzstan has confirmed 1,594 coronavirus cases as of May 28 morning.
