25 people injured in Kyrgyz-Uzbek border conflict, 2 in intesive care

AKIPRESS.COM - At least 25 people were reported injured as a result of conflict on Kyrgyz-Uzbek border on May 31. They were admitted to a hospital in Aidarken, Batken region, said the Kyrgyz Health Ministry on June 1.
Currently, four people with various injuries are in the hospital. Two of them in intensive care with serious condition. Two were hospitalized to the surgery department in a moderate condition.
Other 21 people in satisfactory condition.
The conflict occurred between residents of border villages of the Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan over water issues on May 31.
