AKIPRESS.COM - Scenarios in case of infection of foreign tourists with coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan will be developed, said Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism Azamat Jamankulov. Local authorities monitor the implementation of sanitary regulations for tourism objects, he said.
He said there is no benefit for foreign tourists to introduce 14-day quarantine upon arrival to Kyrgyzstan. "All scenarios will be developed in case of foreign tourist's catching Covid-19 in Kyrgyzstan: under what conditions and for how many days the person will be held in observation point, if the entire resort will be quarantined or not," said the minister.
Places for accommodation if a tourist catches the virus are prepared, he said.
