Sol-Iletsk evacuees to stay another week at observation point in Talas region

AKIPRESS.COM - Citizens, who returned from Russia's Sol-Iletsk to Talas region, will remain in the observation point for another 7 days, Health Ministry's coordinator Aijamal Shambetova said.
42 people remain in the observation points in the region now.
"The decision was made to keep the citizens, who returned from Sol-Iletsk, for another week in the observation points. They were taken to 4 observation points after they arrived in the region. Two of them were PCR tested several times and were discharged from the observation point," she said.
They stayed 28 days in the observation point in total. All test results were so far negative.
As of June 4, Talas region is the only region in Kyrgyzstan where COVID-19 cases were not registered.
Kyrgyzstan has so far confirmed 1,899 COVID-19 cases.
