COVID-19 second wave threat persists in Kazakhstan - Tokayev

AKIPRESS.COM - The threat of the coronavirus second wave remains in Kazakhstan, President Kasym-Jomart Tokayv said on Twitter.
Despite the actions taken by the governmental commission, coronavirus spreads in the society, the President said.
"I urge again citizens to follow quarantine rules (social distancing, disinfection, good personal hygiene, masks wearing) to avoid mass transmission of the virus," Tokayev stated.
Kazakhstan has so far confirmed 12,067 COVID-19 cases. 48 patients died.
