41-floor business center to appear in Tashkent

AKIPRESS.COM - 41-storey business center and mall will be built in Tashkent, the capital's administration said. Investors of the project are Turkish and British companies. The construction will begin in September 2020 and will end in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The project is estimated at $90 million. 41-storey business center and mall will include three-storey underground car park with 800 places.
The building's height is 191 meters (41 storey). The mall will have 4 storeys (38,000 square meters).
It was noted by administration that the project "Mall of Tashkent & Business Centre" is based on the concept of smart house.
