Imports of cereal crops decreased twice since beginning of year

AKIPRESS.COM - The foreign trade turnover of the Kyrgyz Republic in January-April 2020 amounted to $1,753.9 million and decreased by 21.1%, according to the National Statistics Committee. Exports increased by 2.7%, while imports decreased by 31.4%.
Decrease in volumes of imports by 31.4% was caused by the decrease in import of wood and its products by 2.5 times and cereals by 2.1 times.
