President Tokayev tested for COVID-19 every day - press secretary

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev is regularly tested for COVID-19, his press secretary Berik Uali said. "In response to numerous inquiries of citizens about health condition of the head of state, I should say that Kasym-Jomart Tokayev feels well. In connecitn with deterioration of epidemiological situation, he is tested for coronavirus every day. All tests had negative results," the press secretary said on Facebook.
Tokayev works according to the schedule. He is holding online meetings with heads of government agencies, public organizations, the press secretary added.
It was announced earlier today that first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev contracted COVID-19 and went into self-isolation.
