MPs adopt bill on voluntary declaration of property and income of individuals in 2nd reading

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyz parliament adopted the bill on voluntary declaration of property and income by individuals in the second reading on June 24.
Voluntary declaration will make it possible to bring a part of shadow property and income into legal turnover.
The term of voluntary declaration is established for the period from April 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 inclusive.
Declarants may apply to authorities for voluntary declaration of property and income in accordance with the requirements of the draft law within that period of time.
