President Jeenbekov signs amendments to laws on migration, Code of Violations

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed the amendments to the Code of Violations, laws on external labor migration and external migration, the president's press service reported. The amendments were passed by the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on May 14, 2020.
They are aimed to legalize work of citizens of neighboring countries who arrive in Kyrgyzstan for search of job or temporary work here.
Migrant workers from the neighboring countries will work in Kyrgyzstan on the basis of the work patent, they are not required to obtain visas.
