Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh reelected as Mongolia's PM

AKIPRESS.COM - Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh was elected as Mongolia's Prime Minister the second time by most deputies during plenary session of the Parliament.
"The government will work to make Mongolia exporter country during the following 4 years. Our country will meet domestic food needs," he said.
Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh is Mongolian politician who was the Prime Minister from October 2017 to June 2020.
He entered Parliament three times in 2000, 2004, 2012. He was Minister of Emergency in 2004-2006, Minister of Inspection in 2006-2008, Vice PM in 2014-2015 and 2016-2017. He was General Secretary MPP from 2008 to 2012.
He graduated from Ulaanbaatar's middle general education school No. 2 and University of Defense in 1989, majoring in political science. He studied public administration at Public Administration Institute and law at National university of Mongolia in 1994 and 2000.
Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh is deputy commander for political affairs of 152 division of Mongolian people's army. He was the first officer who left his post to preserve party membership in 1990, when the government tried to depoliticize authorities.
