Second wave of coronavirus pandemic starts in Europe

Around 300,000 people remain in quarantine in Spain.
A Marina district in the Galicia region, located on Spain's northwest, will see lockdown measures reintroduced from midnight on Sunday. Around 70,000 people will be banned from leaving the area.
Madrid officials ensure that epidemiological situation in the country is under control.
Quarantine in Galicia will be extended at least till the end of the week.
Rome is also ready to reinforce the secondary isolation of strict or soft severity degree. The death toll from coronavirus in Italy reached 35,000.
"The war has not ceased yet, and we're not talking about infection defeat. We are ready to enact fast and strict measures to stop infection spread if the situation becomes more intense," Minister of Health in Italy Roberto Speranza said.
