Patient with 96% lung damage recovers from COVID-19 in Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Medical professionals in Almaty treated a 56-year-old woman whose lungs were damaged for 96%, zakon.kz reports.
The 56-year-old woman with double pneumonia in serious condition from COVID-19 was taken to Almaty central hospital. Her lungs were damaged for 96%. She also suffered from high blood pressure, Almaty Public Health Department reported.
The patient was transferred to intensive care unit where she was treated for 10 days. Her health state became better, and she left hospital soon after medical checkups.
