EU hands over personal protective gear to Bishkek orphanage

AKIPRESS.COM - The European Union handed over personal protective equipment to the Bishkek children and family rehabilitation center (orphanage), the mayor's press office reported.
The aid included 200 disposable gowns, 1,750 medical masks, 150 l of antiseptics, 28 sanitizers, 5 contactless thermometers.
30 people work at the center, 2 doctors and 6 nurses among them. Some workers were deployed to the Bishkek Children's Hospital.
The orphanage receives babies in difficult life situation or those needing care and protection. 35 children receive medical and psychological support at the center now.
