300 million soms allocated for personal protective equipment - Finance Ministry

AKIPRESS.COM - The expenses for containment of coronavirus infection of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund as of July 21, 2020 are planned in the amount of 1 billion soms, Minister of Finance Baktygul Jeenbaeva said. 225.6 million soms will be spent for payment of compensations. All compensations will be paid by the end of 2020, the Minister said.
"Other expenses amount to 775.3 million soms, including 300 million soms for personal protective equipment. The amount also includes the purchase of sanitizers and disinfectants," she added.
