Kuwait Fund to provide $5.6 million to Uzbekistan for medical equipment

AKIPRESS.COM - Vice Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov held video conference with Vice General Director of Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) Marvan Abdulla al-Ganim.
Sides discussed further development of financial and technical cooperation between Uzbekistan and KFAED.
Vice General Director of KFAED supported suggestion of Uzbekistan to provide $5.6 million to improve medical equipment in Uzbek hospitals to fight pandemic.
As a result of conference, sides agreed to expand cooperation in future and launch joint projects.
